JOB PURPOSE

Independently handling the accounting and reporting role ensuring timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual books and completion of corporate audit

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Preparation and finalization of periodic accounts & subledgers in compliance with IND AS
  2. Ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure, audit, and monthly balance sheet review
  3. Delivering statutory reporting pack for quarterly, annual closing (in compliance with IND AS) with reasons of variances and Liasoning with auditors.
  4. Ledger scrutiny, review and reconciliation of vendor balances and corrective actions, vendor, and customer confirmations
  5. Controllership of fixed assets and inventory  
  6. Liasoning with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax auditors, etc. for completion of Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Limited Reviews and Internal Audit.
  7. Preparation of projected cash flows and day to day fund/cash management

JOB PURPOSE

Preparation and consolidation of corporate budget, budgetary controls, management reporting, Regulatory reporting, liasioning with auditors, benchmarking and business analytics etc.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Handling MIS and various reporting related to the Management.
  2. Preparation & Presentation of Monthly P&L report (MIS) at field level and Company level
  3. P&L analysis reports (Key financial information Ratio and analysis to the top management for financial decision-making).
  4. Cost analysis & Cost calculation (Opex per barrel / Opex per MMBTU) for the products of the company.
  5. Preparation and consolidation of annual corporate budget and long-term corporate plans
  6. Regulatory reports preparation and getting them audited
  7. Analyze company's financial information (such as cash management٫ expenditures٫ and revenues) making sure that company's financial operations do not exceed budget limits

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  3. Hands on experience of Preparation of work over plans, logging plan and execution, Preparation of technical specifications for hiring of logging unit with specified tools, tender evaluation is must.
  4. Participates in well planning and assists with the development of pre-drill documentation packages (i.e. designs and provides logging program, identifies potential logging hazards, etc.).
  5. Document all technical work performed in the relevant systems.
  6. Maintains and ensures accuracy and completeness of petrophysical databases (digital copy and hard copies).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum: 15 years of logging operations

  • Well logging operational experience with sufficient knowledge of open hole, cased hole, production logging and rigless job execution.

JOB PURPOSE

To manage the Production operations associated with Processing of Gas and crude oil Responsible to ensure safety in each and activities in plant and all work is carried out in accordance with the provision of applicable act and regulations.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY

  1. Ensure All Production activities are undertaken safely and in accordance with statutory regulations

Job Purpose:

Lead engineer should have the ability to take the total overall responsibility of the electrical system for Onshore and Offshore Oil & Gas Installations right from conceptualization to commissioning including troubleshooting, working and coordinating with projects official from different disciplines. He shall demonstrate excellent project management and supervision skills along with excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.

  1. Developing fit for purpose concept and specification for electrical system for procurement.
  2. Analysing technical drawings, interpreting specifications, and determining the electrical requirements of a given project.

  5. Taking responsibility for commissioning of the electrical system.

JOB PURPOSE

Establish an overall oil and gas Field Development plan (FDP), integrating and completing company plans. Provides technical expertise to support Full Field Development Plan (FFDP) studies, build appropriate dynamic simulation models, and define appraisal strategy/plan including data acquisition requirements through interfaces with Data Management and technologies that effectively integrate Reservoir Engineering aspects into static and dynamic evaluation of reservoirs, FDP and future investment decisions.

Mr. Vishal Mehta

  • Vishal is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1998.
  • Vishal has over 25 years of progressive experience with Global organizations in various roles encompassing strategy, business planning, operations, finance, business analysis, risk management, corporate governance and stake holder relationship management.
  • Vishal has received numerous accolades in his career in areas across Finance. He is result oriented, high in energy and love the dynamics and challenges of innovative and emerging companies.
  • He joined Sun Petro as a CFO in July 2022.
  • Prior to joining Sun Petro, he has worked with Shell/BG Group, JP Morgan and KPMG, Deloitte Haskins & Sells and Arthur Andersen.

Mr Prashant Javalkar

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Management, Prashant Jawalkar brings over 39+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, working at ONGC, Qatar Petroleum, RIL, and SunPetro. As a Project Manager at RIL, he successfully executed onshore projects for KG-D6 Onshore Terminal. Currently working as Vice President in SunPetro. 

He also oversaw the maintenance of offshore platforms and onshore production facilities in Qatar Petroleum.

Mr. Sankar Nayak

Mr. Sankar Nayak has an M. Sc. degree from IIT Kharagpur and 42+ years of industry experience. Currently working as Vice President in SunPetro.   He has excelled at prominent Indian E&P companies, including ONGC, RIL, and SunPetro. He led successful exploration in the Krishna-Godavari basin at RIL.

At ONGC, he made significant contributions to major discoveries in the Cambay basin, deep water offshore East coast of India, and the redevelopment and evaluation of Bombay High and the Bombay offshore basin.

Dr. Anil Tyagi

Dr. Anil Tyagi has 42+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, working at Indicos, ONGC, and Reliance Industries. Currently working as Vice President in SunPetro. An IIT alumnus, with 50+ worldwide publications his expertise includes Petrophysics, reserves estimation, and reservoir characterisation. He introduced advanced technologies, converting prospects into discoveries for Reliance and India.

At ONGC, he also led the reservoir monitoring, modelling, and simulation team.

Mr. Satyesh Bhandari

Mr. Satyesh Bhandari, a veteran expert in oil/gas and mineral exploration with an M. Tech. from IIT, Roorkee, with 42+ years of industry experience He specializes in exploration, subsurface development, commercial analysis, and reservoir. characterization. Currently working as Vice President in SunPetro.  As former Senior VP at GSPC, he led Subsurface team of Deen Dayal West Offshore Field development in KG Basin. He also spearheaded development projects in the Mahanadi Basin at RIL.

His significant contributions at ONGC included crucial roles in offshore discoveries with 3D interpretation, and seismic offshore and onshore data acquisition.

Mr. Padam Singh

An engineer with degrees from IIT Roorkee, Mr. Padam Singh has 45+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently working as President, SunPetro,  He has previously served as Director (Operations) at GSPC and Project Director at RIL.

Notably, he accomplished the impressive feat of developing the MA deepwater field in the KG Basin in a record time of just 26 months.
